ShredAssured Mobile Document Destruction Services brings secure shredding to you. Our completely self-contained mobile shredding trucks will shred your documents at your home or place of business. Our trained security personnel shred your material without interfering with your daily operations. You may, of course, witness the shredding process at any time. The materials are destroyed beyond recognition, reconstruction and readability. Upon completion, you are issued a Certificate of Destruction certifying the time and date your materials were destroyed. The obliterated material is then transported to a secured recycling facility where it is remanufactured into new paper products. Secure Off-Site Document Destruction:

ShredAssured offers Off-Site shredding as an economical alternative for clients that do not require the destruction to be done at their location. A licensed, bonded and specially insured security officer will pick your materials up without interfering with your daily operations. No need to remove paper clips, staples, binder clips or other fasteners. We shred everything. The materials are destroyed beyond recognition, reconstruction and readability at our secure warehouse under strictly controlled conditions on the day we pick them up. Security cameras monitor the entire process, and you are always welcome to come by and witness the destruction first hand. Upon completion, you are issued a Certificate of Destruction certifying the time and date your materials were destroyed. The obliterated material is then baled and transported to a secured recycling facility where it is remanufactured into new paper products. On-Site Shredding Versus Off-Site Shredding?

This is the one of the most common question we are asked. On-Site or Off-Site is a decision you must make. It usually depends on your comfort level or your specific compliance regulations. There are advantages to either service.

• The primary advantage to On-Site Shredding is that it is more convenient to observe the shredding process. This allows you to physically witness your material being destroyed.
  
  
• Off-Site Shredding is every bit as secure as On-Site. Many large companies including banks and hospitals, where parking and loading dock space is at a premium, insist that their materials be shredded Off-Site. The primary advantage to this method is the lower cost.

With either method, you are assured of the highest level of security and peace of mind knowing your confidential materials have been completely destroyed beyond reconstruction and readability. ShredAssured leaves nothing to read - so you leave nothing to chance!

You don’t have to worry about your containers overflowing or remembering to call for service.
   
• One Time (Purge) Service: This service involves high volume bulk reduction of files & records, as might arise at the end of a retention period, time of business relocation, "spring cleaning", or when you simply need to recover limited filing space. Purging of archives is a monumental task that most companies cannot support without the appropriate machinery or manpower. Clients may utilize this service method on-demand, without interfering with daily operations. Use ShredAssured for quarterly, semi-annual or annual destruction of documents & records at the end of a defined retention period. We can shred documents directly from containers and bankers or file boxes, then return them to you for re-use. Usually, we are able to respond within 24 hours of a service request.
